There are only 40 units in this Yorkville low-rise condo. A team of concierges offer great “white glove” services such as valet parking, bringing groceries to residents’ suites — they’ll even “call the elevator for you when you enter the lobby,” says the listing agent.
But if that’s not exclusive enough, this particular suite was renovated “impeccably” by the seller herself, a professional designer and who gave “great attention to fit, finish and detail” says the listing agent.
Walls were removed from the previously closed-in kitchen and a large island was added, for example. And since the seller’s husband is a gourmet, it was designed with lots of cupboard and storage space, as well as a quartz backsplash and counters that make for a great entertaining space.
“Appliances, sinks and seating are all positioned to optimize,” the listing agent says.
The seller, a professional designer, used black accent walls in several rooms to add drama, too, Heated quartz and marble tiles, floating vanities and crystal hardware are other highlights.
“People love the high-end finishes and quality of work. The renovation was designed with entertainment, flow, elegance and easy living in mind,” says the seller.
Other features include wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large solarium. The west and south facing suite has a covered 250-square-foot terrace as well.
All of the high-end finishes attracted buyers. There were 17 showings, the seller says.
The prospective buyers were primarily empty nesters downsizing from Rosedale, Forest Hill and Lawrence Park.
